This is the class for any lady looking to know more about weights from toning, burning fat or anything else that they want from lifting weights
Wednesday @7pm Hump Day Body Blast
Using varied training systems to blast away the hump day blues, making you feel fresh with a positive mind to see the rest of the week out
Thursday @7pm, Body Conquer
This high intense class is for anyone who likes to think they are fits. We push you to your limits so your body wont know what hit it. If you want chance & a challenge then this ass is for you
Friday @7pm, Body Conquer
Similar to the thursday class this class will make you fitter, stronger & healthier while training your whole body
