We will aim to respond to each and every piece of feedback and where sufficient information is provided, we will pass this onto our team to deal with at headquarters and at depot level where necessary. If your feedback is not acknowledged within 3 working days, please do get back in touch as we may have missed it – it can get quite busy here on Facebook!

We are happy to help where we can in relation to service enquiries & disruptions, but please bear with us as we may not have the information to hand straight away. If we don’t, we will speak with our colleagues to be able to respond to your enquiry as quickly as it’s possible.
Our Facebook page and Twitter accounts are manned between 8am and 6pm Monday – Friday to deal with your enquiries.
