I'm an award winning Cognitive Hypnotherapist with specialist interest in Anxiety, Trauma, Low Self Esteem, Eating Disorders, Women's Health & Anger Management. I am a published author on topics of anxiety and trauma and co-publisher of The Hypnotherapy Handbook, a top selling handbook for both newly qualified hypnotherapy practitioners and students of hypnotherapy.
