Die Making

We produce Dies (Cutting Forms) using a Sei Die Board Laser and Wonder Bender Fully Automatic Rules Processor. This equipment is more commonly seen at specialist Die making companies, But as a print finisher it offers us distinct advantages in the control we get over the final product and the speed and accuracy of our work. The Laser is also capable of cutting perspex letters and signs.

Lamination

We Laminate up to size B1 using an Autobond TP102 Thermal Laminator. It is probably the best laminator on the market and allows us to produce high quality work in volume.

Die Cutting – Embossing - Kiss Cutting - Perforating

We have a wide range of Die Cutting machines so we can always fit work in and always find the right machine for any particular job. All work up to size B1 sheets can be produced without problem. Our Bobst has in line stripping which can save time and money on higher volume runs.

Folding

We have 3 folding machines all incorporate having 3 units. A maximum B1 sheet size can be produced.

Stitching

We have two Harris Stitching Lines each with 6 feeders plus a cover feeder, capable of producing work from size A6 to A3. We can also produce two up work on the stitches.

Auto Gluing

A wide variety of folders including capacity, concertina wallets, tuck in end boxes can be produced. We can produce bespoke envelopes and add the tape for sealing the envelope in line. We can Score fold and glue in one operation.
