To process your order I will need to take a contact telephone number,
If you are ordering a Frame I will need the colour, black, white or natural and the colours and design which I will discuss with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. I also need the family names in the order you want them on the tree.
Lanterns are available in Black or White, candles come in various sizes in white or cream.

I require a £5 deposit at point of order, this means I can start designing and making your bespoke purchase straight away or within a few days depending on what day of the week you place your order. Please note, I will not start making any bespoke order until the deposit has been received.

Preferred method of payment is via bank transfer or I do have a pay pal account.

Collection is from 3 Popplewell Gardens, Low fell, Gateshead, NE9 6TU.

I can also post out all frames, cards, candles and small items for a small fee of £3 per item, cards are £1 each to post.

Once your order is ready I will send you a picture of it to make sure you are happy with it and arrange a collection day and time.

Please note I do not deliver as I simply don’t have enough time.
