Estyn Wellbeing provides evidence based Complementary Therapies to help with many aspects of healthcare. Our therapies can be integrated with conventional treatments provided by GP's to help relieve pain and tension, increase mobility, reduce swelling, manage stress, anxiety and depression and enhance overall wellbeing. Massage therapies include, deep tissue massage, hot and cold thermal stone massage, aromatherapy massage, Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage through massage or reflexology, pregnancy massage, seated massage, Indian head massage, reflexology, acupuncture, Hopi ear candling. For our facials we use organic and ethically sourced products by Neals Yard Remedies of Covent Garden. We run wellbeing workshops to help understand how stress effects our bodies and lives, with self help techniques to use day to day.
Therapists at Estyn Wellbeing hold qualifications at the highest levels in their specialised therapies and each person visiting will receive personal advice and care.
