The Restaurant is under the direct supervision of the owner Enzo Piscopo. Enzo qualified as a Chef from one of the finest Catering Colleges in Italy and soon after went to work in many parts of Italy as well as France and Holland gaining a wealth of experience in the international food arena.

We insist on the highest standards using only the finest ingredients, either locally sourced or directly imported from Italy and prepared by our Italian Chefs.
