Memory bears are handmade with care but are intended as a keepsake not a toy, so are unsuitable for children under the age of 12. They must be kept out of reach of young children as they contain small parts which could possibly work loose over time and become a choking hazard. They have not been tested to receive the CE safety certificate, to be legally sold as a toy, this would be impossible to do as the bears are made from different clothing each time.
