I'm a qualified level 2 gym instructor and level 3 personal trainer! i also hold classes at the phoenix gym Norwich! as a child i was over weight and got bullied at school as a result i turned to bulimia then anorexia for many years! admitted in and out of hospitals with hours of counselling but nothing worked! I was at an all time low and wanted a change! i wanted to be healthy after years of damage to my body! I then found phoenix gym in norwich and started with my own personal trainer! i had always loved exercise but i used it in an unhealthy way! but this was different lifting weights making gains and getting results but most importantly feeding my body in the correct way!
