Elsie's caf. Northampton's Real Junk Food Project 4.28

Are you worried about wasting food? I am not talking about scraping your dinner plate clean, I am talking about the thousands of tons of perfectly edible food that is chucked away every day.
Elsie's will intercept this food before it hits the bins and with the help and inspiration of our volunteers we will make lovely food for you.
The cafe is for everyone who believes that food should not be wasted, we promise to always have a vegetarian and vegan dish for all courses.
Elsie's is reliant on getting volunteers and persuading retailers and manufacturers that there is a use for edible food...feeding people.
Pay as you feel but if you can not afford to pay enough why not volunteer in exchange for your meal.
