AEROBIFIT - A unique fitness class involving freestyle aerobics and body conditioning all in a one hour class! Ready to burn calories and increase muscle strength for a full body workout. All abilities welcome. (1hr Class!)
CIRCUITS - A whole body workout involving the major muscle groups. The class involves stations working different areas using some pieces of fitness equipment. Great for all abilities and focuses on HIIT training. (45minute class!)
