Elite Windows (Newark) Ltd, established in 2004, are a small family orientated business being run by a Father and Son partnership of Chris and James Wilson. The annual turnover is always around £1,000,000 which although sounds substantial is infact only £20,000 per week. This turnover is ideal for us because we feel as a team we can control and deliver an accurate and personal service to our customers.

Preparation, Punctuality and Professionalism is our key goal. The key focus at the company is based on attention to detail and delivery a near perfect as possible service from the point of sale through to the installation of the product.

Deposits have never been taken at this company and never will be. We quite simply do not expect any payment whatsoever until the job is completed to the customers complete satisfaction.

This ethos and good intention is proven by being able to attach to our website a list of over 100 customer details for prospective new customers to contact to ascertain the service provided. In our experience, in any business not just Double Glazing I think it would be difficult to find such a confirmation of consistently delivered quality service.
