We are a family run business that has been producing the highest quality Extrusion Dies since our establishment in 1986.

Our ultra-modern, hi-tech die manufacturing facility was built in 2007 and was designed to produce the highest quality extrusion dies and all associated support tooling for the Aluminium/Aluminum Extrusion Industry whilst also giving the quickest possible lead times.

Our reputation has been built on problem solving with the highest quality tooling, fast deliveries and competetive prices. Most of our customers have been gained through word of mouth from existing extrusion plants and die correctors.

We have a strict quality management system and we were the first UK die company to gain ISO9001:2008 certification.

Elite Extrusion Die is located in the South West of England, it was founded in 1986 by Chris Rogers who himself has four decades of experience manufacturing dies for the aluminium extrusion industry. His wife Sue has also been with the company from the start. Then followed by their son, Steve who joined in 1989.

Elite's team of experienced design engineers work closely with the customer to develop manufacturing solutions to meet their exact requirements. Years of process development have culminated in Elite being able to cost-effectively manufacture high quality tools that consistantly out perform those manufactured by the competition.
