We continuously search for ways to improve upon the experience at Eastergate Preschool and to further develop and grow our nursery settings. We deliver outstanding, quality childcare.

To help us do this we not only review ourselves from a child’s perspective but we are also willing to listen and take on board feedback from our parents. You and your children are more than just our customers and your opinion counts. Reassuringly, our Senior Management team are all parents whose children have been or still are part of the family.

The Ethos behind Eastergate Preschool is very simple. We believe that allowing children access to good quality preschool education enhances their future life chances. It is proven that children who experience early years education are more advanced at the end of their Foundation Stage at School. It is therefore our duty to provide excellent opportunities for children to learn and develop with us. We ensure that we maintain the very highest levels of care while they attend nursery.

We recognise that each child is an individual and has specific needs. Our staff are trained to look at each child’s individual care and learning requirements and tailor each day’s activities to their needs.

Communication is at the heart of every healthy relationship and we seek to have a great relationship with our families, it’s a passion that has been well received. We want you to be thrilled with the experiences that we offer your child at nursery. We encourage parents to play an active part in nursery life and invite you to attend various interactive events. You can phone us at any time during the day for an update on your child.

We will also be adding a Facebook page too. We understand that parents find comfort in knowing what activities their children are taking part in while at nursery. This knowledge helps towards engaging conversation between you and your child.
