Dunham Park Scout Camp 3.94

Dunham Park Scout Camp is on National Trust land – providing outdoor activities on Stamford Estate. Outdoor camping is available all year round in 10 small sites around a central activity field. These sites offer space for patrol / section / group camping or can be linked together for District camps.

Indoor accommodation is available year round in Frank Harrop Lodge with 20 beds in bunks (two 8 bed rooms and two 2 bed rooms) together with kitchen, large room for activities / dining and associated single toilet and washbasin. Plates knives forks pots and pans cater for 50. Additionally, the Blanshard Cabin is available all year round with space for 8 campers with a kitchen and eating area.

Wet weather Mark Barn available for shelter. Separate shower, wash and toilet facilities for adults and young people. Close to Manchester and not far to Peak District, Chester, Liverpool for all attractions. Near to Trans Pennine cycle trail.

Well stocked tuck shop available for sweets, drinks, pocket money toys and souvenirs. Weekend wardens on site most weekends during camping season. See more information at http://www.dunhamparkscoutcamp.org.uk
