I have always had a passion for baking - I was taught how to make cakes in the traditional way by my Nan when I was about 10 and have enjoyed baking for friends and family over the years.

When organising our wedding, we went to numerous wedding fayres, saw and sampled many cakes. I had some really specific ideas and it occurred to me that I could make my own cupcakes for our evening reception and that I wanted sugar roses and calla lilies to adorn our cake - so I taught myself to make sugar flowers to dress our wedding cake.

Since then, I have built on this and have been commissioned to make cakes for weddings, birthday and engagement parties and anniversaries and have regular and repeat orders.

I have a varied menu of flavours for cakes and buttercream and cater for those needing gluten free and vegan options.
