DHM Bootcamp is aimed at everyone, we use a combination of HIIT training, TABATA training, Kettlebells, Bodyweight and Cardio.
We aim to give everyone a great workout in as little as 40 minutes.
We do not use heavy weights, but believe weighted exercise is essential so use relatively light kettlebells and dumbbells in our training.
DHM Bootcamp is a PAYG class priced at £5 per session, it is included in the membership of CrossFit DHM.
