Debs, a Registered Nurse by trade is a Reiki Master and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Practitioner and has been working in the Energy Therapy field since 2007.

Debs also provides meditation lessons/courses as well as Stress Management and Relaxation skills - giving you the tools to take away to allow you to manage your day to day challenges.

Reiki and EFT facilitates the balancing of your energy system to enable the body/mind/spirit to heal itself.

Reiki is a very subtle and wonderfully relaxing hands on treatment. You stay fully clothed lying on a treatment table or sat in a chair whichever is more comfortable. The treatment can produce deep relaxation, reduced stress & anxiety, boosted energy levels and a speeding up of the body's natural healing process.

EFT is a type of Acupressure and Energy Psychology therapy - a good description is 'Acupuncture without the needles' The sessions are interactive and involves the stimulation of a series of acupressure points whilst focusing on the issue in hand e.g. the chronic or acute pain, the stress, the addiction, the limiting belief, the weight problem, the list goes on. EFT can literally be tried on everything.

The aim of a session with Debs would be to have you leave with reduced pain, if not pain free, feeling more positive, confident and better able to cope with your challenges, to be able to deal better with difficult people and stressful situations, develop a strong sense of clear thinking and to start to remove some of the emotional "clutter" from your life. Debs specialist area of interest is Mother Wound work, helping to heal the emotional wounds handed down through the female generations.
