Dance Hereford aims to provide professional, high quality dance education, in a warm, positive, friendly and encouraging environment, with fully qualified staff who are passionate about dance education. Students will make friends, keep fit and have fun, whilst learning a discipline that will stay with them for the rest of their lives.

Dance Hereford believe ballet is the foundation of all dance. There are huge benefits that both children and adults can gain from participating in dance classes, above all ballet enhances an individuals physical and mental ability. Classes develop musicality, creativity, self expression, poise, grace and elegance. Ballet exercises lengthen and tone muscles, develop core strength, improve flexibilty, coordination and balance. Children and adults who study ballet develop excellent posture, gain confidence and learn self discipline. These attributes improve an individuals daily lives and fitness.
