DA Travel was established in 2004 and has grown significantly over the years into the largest bus and coach operator in the Southern Isles. Initially starting out as an owner driver operating one 16 seat minibus. Today the company operates a variety of scheduled spinal route services throughout the Uists, school contracts, a day tour programme for Caledonian MacBrayne and provides relief drivers and coaches for tour operators who visit the islands. We also undertake various taxi/private hire work.

The company operates from its premises in Kilpheder, South Uist. This also serves as garage workshop premises both for maintenance of our own fleet and commercially to the public.
