Handmade hair accessories, clothes and gifts

All the ends of the ribbons are heat sealed to prevent fraying. I only use non-toxic glues and I hand sew the buttons in to place. All items are made using high quality items.

**ORDERING**
If you would like to order any item(s) just comment on the picture or inbox me and I will reply ASAP. If there is something you would like and don't see it please ask and I will try my upmost to produce the item you would like.

Payment in full is required upon ordering.

**RETURNS**
Returns will only be accepted if you contact me within 5 days of receipt of your item(s). The item(s) must be returned in original condition before a refund is given. Refunds will be made within 2 working days of reciept of item(s) and will not include postage costs. PLEASE NOTE - I do not accept returns on personalised items.

**PAYMENT**
Payment must be made in full upon ordering. I accept payment by PayPal only.
You do not need a PayPal account to make payments, just a debit or credit card.
I will send a full invoice to you breaking down full cost and items ordered.

**POSTAGE**
I post all UK orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for unless otherwise advised. Postage costs vary depending on the size of order. Please message me for a postage quote.

For International postage please message me to obtain a price. If you would prefer 1st Class signed for or Next Day Delivery please ask me to obtain a price for you.

**PLEASE NOTE**
At times when my order book is very busy the lead time for some items can be 7-10 days. At quieter times items will only take a maximum of 2 days to complete and be posted. (Subject to material stock)

***WARNING***
Due to small parts on some of my items it is advised that children under the age of three are not left unsupervised with items as they could cause a choking hazard. Items should be checked regularly as with wear and tear items could become damaged. For safety reasons Children should not be allowed to sleep with hair accessories in.
