Details

We are not like any other gym. Our walls are not covered in mirrors. We do not have big TV's and naff music on repeat. We do not have fancy machines which claim to be the latest fitness trend and only require you to stand on them, while you wobble for 15 minutes.

WE ARE THE MACHINES

We use barbells, kettlebells, olympic rings, rowers, wall balls, sandbags tyres , plyo boxes and much more; all designed to help achieve optimal performance and body conditioning. We cater for all levels and abilities and our main aim is for you to achieve your fitness goals and go beyond what you thought possible.
