Hello, and welcome to Crafty Little Somethings. I'm a stay at home parent to 2 little boys with a background in retail management. At school I loved Art & Design and achieved a couple of A-levels. After a spell at art college in my teens, I started working in retail and quickly made it to management level where I was busy and happy for many years. I left my awesome job to take some family time when I had my boys, and my love for all things crafty grew once again. After teaching myself some new skills, and making lots of handmade gifts for family, Crafty Little Somethings was born!

I love creating frames and making them individual. I hope you like them the too!

Please read my T&C’s carefully before purchasing, by purchasing with Crafty Little Somethings (CLSframes on Etsy) you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Facebook page/website and by accessing this Facebook page/website, and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Facebook page/website. These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You’re welcome to print or store these terms for your own records.
Crafty Little Somethings own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website page and the CLSframes Etsy shop, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Crafty Little Somethings Facebook page/Etsy website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.
Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with Crafty Little Somethings you will be sent an order confirmation via Etsy detailing your order, or a PayPal invoice via e-mail detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors. Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Prices
Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.
Payment
When purchasing via Facebook, PayPal is our only payment method – you can pay with your PayPal account, or by card through that system. To pay by card, you don’t need to have an account with PayPal to purchase. Purchases via Etsy will have alternative payment methods.
Any contract for purchases made through the Facebook page/website will be with Crafty Little Somethings. Crafty Little Somethings must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Crafty Little Somethings acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be dispatched. You will be advised of a more precise dispatch date upon placing your order.
Shipping
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.50 for the first frame, plus £1 for each extra frame. Crafty Little Somethings ships orders via My Hermes 3 – 5 days tracked service to UK destinations.
Should your order not arrive, please contact Crafty Little Somethings, a full refund or a replacement will be offered once 15 days has passed and Hermes have investigated the missing parcel.
Shipping for International orders is available and will be charged at £20 per frame.
Returns & Cancellations
We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund. You can return an item for reasons such as faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us as soon as possible with a description of the problem, and where possible, a photo of the problem.
We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request.
Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.
If the reason for the return is our responsibility, return postage will be paid by Crafty Little Somethings.
