Change doesn't have to be difficult and person-centred counselling can help. This is a private practice seeing clients face-to-face but also via Skype and telephone.

My work can be particularly helpful to those with Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA/ ACA) issues, or drug addiction and alcohol dependence issues of their own. I also counsel those living with tinnitus.

I have long experience in 12 Step methods (abstinence) and Harm Reduction models of treatment (cutting down) and respect clients who have tried both methods without great success. We will work collaboratively in seeking solutions to your specific goals; In the case of an addiction, this might be relief from a growing problem over which you may feel you have little or no control. Change is possible.

I am an Accredited Counsellor (FDAP) under regular & professional supervision and am committed to developing and expanding my counselling skills to better help you.

I work from lovely rooms by the river in Newbridge, Bath (with free parking).
