Cote Hill Riding Centre 3.07

Cote Hill Riding Centre is a family run BHS Approved Riding Centre in the heart of the beautiful Durham Valleys, the Centre is a licensed and insured Riding School and boasts a Riding Simulator to specialise in rider balance and posture/bio-mechanics, we offers lessons, workshops and Centered Riding Courses & Clinics. The Business is headed by Joanne Forster a Centered Riding Instructor level II who specialises in rider bio-mechanics and balance. We are an approved Pony Club centre and specialise in teaching children in horsemanship & riding. All of our instructors are BHS qualified/working towards BHS qualifications.

Joanne specialises in Rider Posture Awareness to improve confidence and balance in riders, whether a rider is nervous or purely wishes to devise a 'training plan' to take their riding to the next level.

Joanne is also a qualified life coach, NLP Practitioner and is currently studying sports psychology.

The Centre boast a small number of well schooled horses and ponies who are available for private lessons, clinics and courses.
