A well appointed 3 star, two bedroomed modern self catering holiday home in a quiet cul-de-sac location, very close to both Newquay and Padstow. Gas central heating, parking for two cars and side access for bicycles.

Ideal base for beach holidays, Watergate Bay 5 Miles, Newquay 7 Miles, Padstow 9 miles.

Sleeps 4 (double room, twin room). Previously there was a sofa bed but this is no longer available.

Fridge, Washing machine, Microwave, DVD player, Flat screen TV with Freeview and Wii Games Consol, Central Heating, Gas & Electric included.
Fan assisted electric fire in the Lounge.

Complimentary tea and biscuits on arrival with a pint of milk in the fridge.

Upstairs bathroom with WC, Wash Hand Basin and Bath with Shower.

Bed linen is included and Towels can be hired at an additional cost.

Complimentary bottle of wine and postcards to send to friends and family are also included.

Available to rent all year round. Ideal for out of season breaks or getting away at Christmas.
