Copeland Park & Bussey Building 4.81

Copeland Park is a thriving community of businesses and culture, with bars, restaurants, studios, shops, nightclubs, theatres, and galleries, among other things.

Copeland Park & Bussey Building was actively saved from demolition in 2009 by local campaign group Peckham Vision. The aim of this was to show that the original disused factory buildings could bring new people and business to Peckham, creating a destination point for South East London, rather than the proposed end of the line tram depot developments.

The Bussey Building standing to the north of the site, with it oozing creativity and stunning London rooftop views is the iconic flagship, but as time goes on and spaces are discovered more is to come from the overall Copeland Park estate and further afield.
