Commonwealth Cottage has evolved from the fact we needed to develop uses for the surplus eggs, honey & wax that comes from keeping chickens and bees.
Our Scotts Dumpy chickens are a rare breed that we have been successful at breeding and currently have potentially one of the largest flocks in the country.
All our products have grow from things we have found personally useful so hence somewhat unusual mix of products!
