Coldsmoking Cookery School host one day food smoking, meat curing & charcuterie courses throughout the year.
We have a range of half day classes ranging from Sausage making, Cheesemaking, Jams pickles and preserves and fermented foods.
We host workshops for kids who can learn the basics of sausage making in a two hour session.
