Coffee 212

Coffee 212 opened its doors for business in early 2014 in the village of Wombourne, near Wolverhampton.

The Coffee 212 brand and concept is the branchild of an executive team of three entrepeneurs who have an array of experience, knowledge and skills that complement each other and support the business venture

The senior shareholders in the business are Ian Broom and Keith Holt, who have a combined 50 years expertise and success building separate independent, international businesses in customer service based environments. Greg White is the third member of the executive team and brings coffee shop experience on young shoulders, energy, enthusiasm and a passion for customer service.

The Coffee 212 concept mirrors the fruition of the partnerships creativity, passion and awareness for understanding and delivering customer service excellence, alongside quality products within an aesthetically pleasing, balanced and comfortable environment. Creating memorable moments through one extra degree is our mission and this is what gives Coffee 212 its appeal and identity.

The 212 relates to the temperature at which water boils and produces steam. At 211 degrees Fahrenheit water is very hot but does not produce steam, the one extra degree is what produces the steam and this correlates to “the difference that makes the difference” and how we strive to produce memorable moments through one extra degree of customer service and attention to detail. We want our customers to remember the experience as one that is refreshing, positive and different.
