WHO WE ARE

We are a forward thinking social enterprise, based in the heart of Chapeltown, whose aim is to offer a membership service related to the promotion and advertising of businesses and local services, helping them to raise their profile and spread the word about what they do, by inclusion in both a paper-based and web-based directory, as well as regular promotion on the main social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, the dedicated Club 52 website, community media and other promotional platforms.

OUR VISION

Starting in the Chapeltown area, the original vision was to highlight and vigorously promote one business in the directory each week of the year. Having grown well beyond the expected numbers of businesses who wished to be included in the directory, while we have kept the name, the vision has grown to encouraging these businesses to really start talking to each other and establish connections to complementary businesses and services in the directory to aid communication, maximise profits and strengthen their position in increasingly competitive and economically challenging times.

Once we have helped to establish a more thriving, connected business community in Chapeltown, we will look to extend Club 52's reach to other areas of Leeds.

OUR MISSION

Promoting and re-invigorating businesses and services in the Chapeltown area of Leeds and beyond.

Providing an array of support to young entrepreneurs who are already working hard but have reached a point where they now wish to grow and take their businesses to the next level.

Encouraging established business owners to offer mentoring to young entrepreneurs, passing on their knowledge, skills and wisdom.
