How to look after your customised Crystal footwear




Your customised Crystal footwear should be well looked after and treated like jewellery on your feet.

They should not be left in any sort of heat, as any glue will soften in the heat and this could then cause a crystal to fall off.

For example, not to be left in a hot car or left in direct sunlight or in a heated place for too long.

Footwear that have been crystallised by us should be treated like no other shoe that you have purchased, treat with extra care.

I strongly recommend not wearing on the beach as the sand will ruin the shine of the crystals and also attaches itself to the glue.

Not following these steps may result in crystals coming loose


I take great pride in ensuring that all our goods are durable. However please bear in mind that many of the goods are more suited to special occasions, but when you wear them is your choice.

Goods will not be deemed faulty where they become damaged through improper use or general wear and tear.

I take great time and care in ensuring all Crystals are suitably secured to the shoes, however these decorations may loosen over time either through normal wear and tear or improper use.

This is not due to a manufacturing fault but simply the nature of the decoration and the way they have been attached to the shoes.

I therefore do not take responsibility if the customer does not treat their item with care.



I have tried and tested our products to see which glue works best with what materials. However, you must take care of your product and treat it like no other. So just in case one happens to fall off, I will include some extra crystals for you.
