Clare Comedy 2.3

One of Cambridge's best loved comedy nights, featuring the leading student acts and top notch professional headliners in the city's most atmospheric college bar.

Clare Comedy was founded some time ago by undergraduates Matt Kirshen and Richard Flower, who are now respectively to be found on TV in America, and in the History Department of the University of Sheffield. For over a decade it has drawn sell-out crowds, who are known for their support for first-timers and their disgracefully high levels of tolerance for risque material. Headliners in recent years have included Carl Donnelly, Nick Doody, Ed Gamble, Nish Kumar, Andrew Maxwell, Naz Osmonoglu, Gareth Richards, Paul Sinha, and many other stars of British comedy.
