Cibo - Stortford 4.32

Cibo, which is Italian for food, is the new eatery and deli in the heart of Bishops Stortford.

Cibo is about creating simple but tasty food – a true espresso, an unbearably creamy cappuccino or a mouthwatering Parma Ham & Mozzarella filled panino and traditiional artisan Italian products. This is the inspiration behind Cibo.

For lunch or dinner all’Italiano we prepare freshly made Italian bread filled with authentic ingredients as well as a choice of refreshing salads & antipasti, cheese or cured meat platters, hot traditional dishes such as lasagna, aubergine parmigiana, pizza slice, calzone and lots more. Or why not try our hot Piadina (Italian flatbread) with your choice of filling from the deli counter.

Of course, as Italians, we cannot go without a little pasta! So everyday our chef prepares a range of sauces based on traditional homemade recipes.

The mouth watering pizza served in Cibo is exactly the same as the pizza you can eat on the streets of Italy, using the same quality ingredients.

To finish, we recommend that you go alla Siciliana – a cannolo (ricotta cream filled pastry) from the counter followed by an espresso!
