Two beautiful barn converted holiday cottages, set in 26 acres of land with a well stocked fishing lake. Situated just 4.5 miles from the coast of Skegness in Lincolnshire and within walking distance of dog friendly village pub.

The Conker Barn sleeps up to 4 adults plus 1 infant in a travel cot. Open plan fully equipped Kitchen/ diner and sitting room steps out into a private enclosed, south facing patio with private hot tub, garden furniture and BBQ. There is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a large walk in shower. A solid ash staircase leads up into a galleried room with king size bed, this leads to beautiful large en-suite bathroom with a roll top free standing bath. The Conker Barn allows 2 well behaved dogs.

Bumble Cottage sleeps upto 4 adults plus 1 infant Open plan fully equipped Kitchen/ diner and sitting room that steps out into a private enclosed south facing patio with private hot tub, garden furniture and BBQ. There is a double bedded room and a bathroom with large walk in shower. A solid ash staircase leads to a lovely galleried bedroom with king size bed. Bumble Cottage allows up to 3 well behaved dogs depending on the size and number of guests.

The shared utility room houses laundry facilities and freezer with ice. Dog towels and doggy poo bags are to hand and when they're laying, you will also find delicious fresh eggs laid by our lovely free range hens :)

All linen and towels are included. The cottages have flat screen televisions, dvd players, a cd player with ipod docking station, iron/ironing board, hair dryer and we also provide, travel cots, high chairs and stair gates upon request. Free wi-fi

A bottle of wine, Lincolnshire plum bread and bonios for our canine visitors are left in your cottage as a welcome gift. If you are celebrating a special occasion, prices for champagne and chocolates upgrades can be given.
