We cover Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire from our base in Chorley and we are ideally positioned to cover large areas of Lancashire and parts of Merseyside and Greater Manchester.

Lots of our customers have been thrown in at the deep end when it comes to clearing a property, an elderly relative has gone into residential care or passed away. The clearance has to fit in with their work or they live a long way from the property they need to clear.
Lancashire House Clearance will work evenings and Sundays at no extra cost to try and fit in with the customers needs. We can even arrange a key collection and drop off service for remote clients.

We will provide remote clients with a private area of our site so they can view job progress via a series of before and after photographs.

Lancashire House Clearance will not usually request payment up front for any house clearance job. We will however require ID with address of the person responsible for having the property cleared.

Payment is usually only requested once the job is completed as per the customers instructions or when we start a job for first time remote clients.

We suggest that any business insisting on cash only payment be avoided.

We accept cash, credit cards and bank transfers, in some circumstances we can also accept Paypal.
