I started my career as early as 13 yrs old, working for a local butcher in the village I grew up in, here in the heart of Somerset.
Always in my grans kitchen from a ripe and tender age eating my grandfathers tomatoes like they were grapes (still the best I have ever tasted).

Having studied in Kiental in Switzerland, the Emirates Academy in Dubai and London.
My Career has taken me far and wide, to many countries including the splendour of Hong Kong, being my home for a number of years, it's all combined to give me an international and eclectic approach to food, dining and our industry.

Subsequently I have cooked for many top Chefs and celebrities over the years and in 2001 was awarded two AA rosettes, certificate of merit for culinary excellence, of which I have now received 7 times.

I also assist and co organise large events such as Glastonbury festival, delivering approximately 60,000 meals.
Having worked in some of the top hotels, restaurants, gastro pubs, and patisserie in the world, at Michelin star level too.
