Our gym is based around your average male or female who wants to keep in shape and maintain a healthy life style. It is a very un-intimidating environment where you should always feel comfortable in training.

We have a very friendly team of staff who are always on hand to help whether it's general advice on your training, tips on diets or a full personalised programme.
