Slimming World helps support and inspire all members to achieve their target weight, set by themselves, through healthy eating plans for all the family, eating everyday foods, and making them interesting, nutritional and exciting.

ON BANK HOLIDAYS THE CENTRE IS CLOSED AND THE GROUP IS HELD ELSEWHERE.


A warm and friendly welcome awaits everyone - the groups are for men, women and children* who want to lose weight and become healthier in a supportive, non-judgemental atmosphere.

Tea and coffee available, raffle, and a lovely basket of healthy goodies for the Slimmer of the Week each week.

Can't get a babysitter? No problem, bring the kids with you! Some books and toys will be available during school holidays.

*Children joining the Free2Go programme (ages 11-15) must be accompanied by their parent / guardian. If the adult is already a member of Slimming World, there is no extra charge. If the accompanying adult is not a member, a reduced weekly fee of £3.95 (plus the current joining fee) is charged to the parent / guardian for help and advice.
