Located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Southbourne in Bournemouth, Casa Carlos offers authentic Spanish tapas and mouth-watering paellas freshly prepared by chef and owner Carlos himself. ​

Getting a table
At Casa Carlos we leave most of the tables in the restaurant free for walk-ins so we can feed anyone who comes to see us whenever they choose.
We open at 6pm for dinner, tables are first-come-first-served and most of our tables are sharing tables.

If you would like to eat at Casa Carlos but would prefer not to wait we recommend arriving early for dinner service.
