I am a professional musician who has been teaching a selection of musical instruments and music theory for 20 years. Guitar and Bass Guitar are my main instruments, teaching students from beginner to advanced. Over the 20 years of my musical career i have taught in a variety of students in Primary schools, secondary schools, youth clubs, private schools, colleges and through private 1-2-1 tuition - in either a studio based learning environment or home based.

As well as teaching Guitar/Bass guitar, i also studied music gaining me a BA honors degree and then went on to study teaching at different stages of my career.

Recently i have seen the rise of an ex student throughout the music industry and across the global charts - Ryan Fletcher from the group 'Lawson'. I taught Ryan from around the age of 12/13 up until he left Chesterfield to study music further. Ryan is among the number of my ex students who progressed to make a career from the music industry.

Many of those who have not chosen music as a vocation ( as a performer or tutor) have certainly learn t how to further their own abilities, many of whom will use their abilities to play in bands just for fun,.

As a musician i have performed around many different venues across the U.K, meeting many talented musicians and playing some of the UK's prestiges venues, Including Birmingham Symphony Hall, The London Palladium, Grovesnor House hotel, The Birmingham National Indoor Areana and The Royal Albert Hall.
