Calming Radiance was formed in 2002 as a Mobile Beauty & Complementary Therapist, it quickly progressed to premises in Galgate Barnard Castle in 2005. Within 3 years the business increased and decided to expand to a larger property still in Galgate, a Victorian property with huge potential.

The property was built in 1884 still retaining many of the original features, all rooms were designed with feng shui in mind, choosing calming colour tones suitable for both male and female clients in the treatment rooms and the reception colours were chosen to encourage conversation and prosperity. the furniture is Victorian meets contemporary meets feng shui whilst still being practical.

Every treatment carried out at Calming Radiance is performed to the highest standard using highly recommended top quality salon products.

I believe every day is a lesson and training is an on-going process, we continue to learn new techniques along with new product lines and equipment, we are qualified to the highest standard in all of the Beauty and Complementary treatments that we offer, and have pride in what we do and how we do it.
