Family run Café Frilis provides healthy and hearty food to fuel your busy working day.


Based in the centre of Wigan on Library street, we offer pick-ups, deliveries (within 300 yards with a min order of £10) and you can also join us in our café’s seating area.


Why not sample our clean eating menu that wins on both taste and goodness - from banana and blueberry oatmeal sundae for breakfast, to sun-dried tomato and chicken wholewheat pasta for your lunch.


Alternatively, treat yourself to a taste of home cooking with our delicious hot dish of the day- from cottage pie to chicken casserole.
