I started baking a couple of xmas ago as a family member was allergic to nuts and trying to find a nut free xmas cake was proving difficult .......
After baking it some friends tried my cake and asked if i could make them one.... so there it began .....
March 2011 for a friends 30th birthday i was asked to do my first BIG cake.
From there I was asked to make a few other simple cakes then a themed cake omg !! I thought ill give it a go and was pleasantly surprized with the result !!
So here I am now a home cake baker making creations I've never dreamt about, pushing myself forward to learn new techniques and loving each challenge I'm given.
