I have three girls, the youngest of whom is two years old. Fitness has always been very important to me especially after the birth of each of my children. Having had a natural water birth, an emergency c-section (breech baby & failed ECV), and a VBAC I am very aware of the effect that pregnancy and childbirth can have our bodies.
I've been running Buggyfit sessions since my youngest was six weeks old. Buggyfit is a fabulous way of overcoming the childcare obstacle and also a wonderful opportunity to meet new mums, have fun and work towards getting back into those pre-pregnancy jeans! As a mum I understand the daily demands of motherhood and the importance of finding some quality mum time.
I'm really enjoying running the Holistic Core Restore® program in Nottingham and Leicester. HCR is a wonderful whole body program including nutrition, wellbeing and exercise, helping women to take control of their pelvic floor, return to jumping/running/sneezing with confidence, address that nagging low back pain and get a better stronger core & tummy after childbirth.
