Brown's Preserves is a new local business set up by a professional Chef who wants to provide some different and some unique preserves that cannot be found in your high street shop or supermarket. All made by himself, the products range from sweet to savoury, and from mildly spicy to insanely hot!

Our Chilli Jam is a versatile condiment that you will find many uses for - delicious in a sandwich or salad to liven it up, sweet yet with a bit of a kick! Or if you go for the hotter versions, a massive spicy hit! The Insanely Hot, made with Scorpion Chilli's aplenty, is definitely not for the faint-hearted.
