This site is located off the seafront on the eastern border or Worthing with the neighbouring town of Lancing.

It was once a Council waste tip until reclaimed in the late 1950s. It is now a large (45 acres) open space offering a range of sports and leisure facilities around an eight acre boating lake.

Brooklands also has a café, miniature railway, children's playground, accessible play equipment, boating lake, tractor rides, nine hole Par 3 golf course, pitch-n-putt, putting green, go-kart track, pony rides and paddling pool (open during the summer) which are available all year round and are very welcoming for children of all ages and abilities; together with some landscaped areas that provide year round interest for all ages. Activities for Halloween and Christmas are also organised.

All in all Brooklands offers a fantastic day out for the whole family!
