Broccoli Adventures 3.29

Since I can remember I always loved using my hands to produce something — collages, photographs, notebooks, sculpture, architectural models, clothes, toys… It has always been part of my life and now I’m happy to have Broccoli Adventures a platform to experiment different art medias and techniques.

My passion floats between the figurative that captures my little girl imaginative (and has developed to be a great form of communication in a stage where words fall shortly and still lack deep meaning); the abstract and the relationship between the painted and blanc spaces that forms a composition that seems to derive from my architectural education; and the concrete that my hands love to feel and to turn a raw material into something new.

The main body of my work is based on watercolours, where I explore children illustration and different animals, and hand made prints, where I like to test the equilibrium of geometrical shapes and the power of repetition in a media where every print is different from the previous one. I also work with card making and explore small scale sculptures and objects.
