WHY BOURBON
As our name suggests, we are genuine bourbon fanatics. Our bourbon shelf is our pride and joy. It has an eclectic range of limited edition, old favourites and even some Rye and Tennessee cousin’s gate crashing the party.
Whilst we have created a whole range of Bourbon cocktails, some old, some new, some sweet, some strong; we have taken special care to create a sophisticated and varied drinks selection whether you are dining or joining us at the bar.

Black is for our charcoal. Our kitchen and menu will tap into your primitive side with our focus on cooking over an open fire and the smoking methods our ancestors mastered. Whether it’s meat, bird, fish or veg that gets your mouth watering, rest assured we’ve got it covered.

THE BLUES
We've got The Blues real bad; the roots to our sound. Whether you're here to listen or play, the undertones are all things blues, with a touch of jazz, folk and rock thrown in for good measure.
