It began in 2009 with ‘Boogie Nights’ an evening dance exercise class designed to give everybody a great, fun and enlivening work out. At Boogie Nights you will be taught easy to follow steps in a huge variety of dance styles so you can dance yourself fit without noticing!The exercises and music change every 6 weeks to keep it fresh.
Next came ‘Boogie Tot’s’ a class for 1-4 year old Boys and Girls which uses movement, music, props and imagination to teach an abundance of life skills from physical understanding, to self-confidence and a love of music and movement. This class is done together with a parent or carer for a real bit of bonding fun!
I use a variety of music from familiar nursery rhymes to classical and world music to introduce your child to all that is out there!
Boogie On is a day time class designed for those who prefer a slower paced low impact class but still want to keep fit and moving to some great tunes!
